It all begin when I pay off an e - chain mail from AT&T saying that my wife and I had surpass our texting limit last calendar month and we were going to be charged extra for every text over . Now , I ’m not a freehanded texter , mostly because I ’ve get thumbs the size of kielbasa , but I also do n’t wish spending more than I have to if possible . Next he starts severalize me that we ’re ante up too much per calendar month based on the amount of minutes we ’re using . I repeat : he tell we ’re pay TOO MUCH ! And then proceeds to down - trade me on another programme that not only includes the text - until - your - thumb - fall - off program , but costs $ 20 less per month ! I was   bewilder !

Has this happened to anyone else ? Where I come from ( aka , Earth ) , client religious service never bid a lower design unless you specifically require for one . In fact , I do n’t conceive I ’ve ever been down - sold in my life . save money in this economy is awesome , but it was his personable service and well-disposed " let - me - fix - that - for - you - sir " attitude that really got me excited . I ’m separate you folks , AT&T !
