Lauren Scalia(formerly Manzo) is silencing critics of her slimmed-down appearance, one Italian sandwich at a time.
The daughter ofReal Housewives of New JerseyalumCaroline Manzohas been postingTikTokvideos of herself eating burgers, mashed potatoes, and deli sandwiches as she replies to commenters who criticize her looks.
“Oh crap I didn’t know who this was. Sad….,”one commenter wrotein reply to Manzo’s appearance.
Around a mouthful of food, Manzo replied, “This person posted this on a video saying they didn’t know it was me, and that it’s sad. What’s sad? I’ll tell you what’s sad. That mayo in the corner of my f—ing mouth.”
Last May, Manzo, 35, had revealed that she’d turned to a functional medicine doctor, who put her on a gluten-free and dairy-free diet. The former Bravo personality said she lost 50 lbs. on the new diet but “couldn’t lose any more.”
Then, with the help ofMounjaro— an FDA-approved prescription medication for people with type 2 diabetes — she was able to lose an additional 30 lbs.

TheManzo’d with Childrenstarexplained that she decided to actively lose weight after she was “considered morbidly obese” at 280 lbs., which led to mental health struggles.
And now, she says, “If I were my [current] weight my whole life, nobody would question how much I weigh right now. I don’t look sick. I even gained a couple of lbs.”
According to theNational Institute of Health’s BMI chart, 115 lbs. is a “healthy” weight for someone 5'3".
And now, she says, “the only thing I need to do to make myself healthier is to build muscle, which I admit that I’m too lazy to do.”
“As long as I feel good, I’m okay. I’m fine. This isn’t sad. I just ate a ciabatta sandwich with a bunch of deli meat on it, a load of mayonnaise and Fritos. I’m fine. Nothing sad here.”
“Guys,Rose is too oldto be talking to people like this,” she said while spearing some chicken and mashed potatoes. “I know you guys say, why do I acknowledge it? If they feel like they can go at me for s—t like that, then I feel like I should be able to come back at them.”
