In the black-and-white video, Menounos poses next to her husband, seemingly for a selfie, before saying “We’re pregnant.”
“What’s that?” her husband asks as he leans in.
“We’re pregnant,” Menounos repeats, watching Undergaro’s shocked reaction.

“Oh my God. I’m going to throw up,” Undergaro says in total shock while Menounos laughs.
The video then cuts to Undergaro holding the couple’s dog, with the former E! News correspondent saying, “Booboo. We’re going to be a big family now, booboo.”
Later in the video, the proud mom says, “Athena, you stick to that uterus! And I said, if you don’t like the names we have temporarily come up with for you now, we’ll change them before you’re born. To Judy and Sally.”
“You’re going to be a daddy,” Menounos tells Undergaro as he stands with his hands on his face, still in shock.
“One year ago today, I burst into the gym to tell Keven something I’ve waited almost a decade to say. “We’re pregnant!” (His reaction reminds me of how shocked I was when he proposed on Howard stern. If you watch it you will see. ),” Menounos wrote in her caption.
“So many attempts myself, hoping to get pregnant without success, and then the long surrogate process made this almost unbelievable! At that time we had implanted two embryos hoping for twins. One and done 😝 but god had other plans.”
“We are so grateful to our surrogate and her family for this incredible gift. Athena is our greatest blessing,” she concluded.
“Maria is the happiest I’ve ever seen and she and Kev have this parenting thing down. That little girl is the luckiest and she’ll know it every day,” a source told PEOPLE at the time.
