Kendra Wilkinsonis sharing an update on her mental health journey.
The 38-year-old real estate agent “recently finished treatment for my depression and anxiety,” she wrote alongside aselfieposted on Instagram Friday.
“Beyond happy to share this information since there were articles written about it,” the formerPlayboymodel continued. “Might as well give you the full update. Lol.”
“Being a solo act can get heavy sometimes and life can get challenging but [I] do the best I can and push with positive energy,” she added.
“Happily working in real estate, taking care of my babies and myself,” she wrote. “Great friends. Heart is full of gratitude!!! ☀️.”
TheKendra on Topalum’s post comes two months after shewent to the hospital following a panic attack.
After she was unable to sleep due to a panic attack, the reality star made the decision to go to a hospital in Los Angeles to receive medical treatment, the rep shared. Baskett, 41, was with her at the hospital.

In June, theKendra Sells Hollywoodstar opened up on PodcastOne’sOn Display with Melissa Gorgaabout feeling “lost” following her divorce from Baskett in 2019, which came after her decade-long run on television came to an end.
During the podcast appearance, Wilkinson told podcast host andReal Housewives of New Jerseystar,Melissa Gorgathat the couple’s separation combined with the end ofKendra on Top, which ran from 2012 to 2017, “triggered my depression.”
Wilkinson added during the podcast that, “For years, I didn’t have fame. I didn’t have everything I knew for a really long time. I didn’t know who I was. I was so lost.”
“My kids were what gave me the purpose,” she explained.

The former model said that Hank IV and Alijah gave her the push to “stay alive, to keep going, to drive them to hockey and basketball and smile and watch them do everything.”
“They’re the ones who kept my heart beating,” she said.

“I had to figure it out and put faith in something again, put faith in life,” Wilkinson told Gorga in June.
