Kelly Clarksonhas finally sold her Encino, California, mansion more than a year after it was first listed.

The sprawling property was initially placed on the market in May 2020 for $9.995 million, withLisa BrendeandChris Corkumof Compass. A month later, amid news thatClarkson had filed for divorce, the listing page showed that it had been “withdrawn/cancelled.” In February 2021, PEOPLE reported that the 10,100-square-foot estate had been relisted for $8.995 million — a $1 million price cut.

Now, property records show that the home has officially sold for $8.24 million, with the same realtors.

Clarkson, now 39, bought the estate in June 2018 for $8.5 million, property records show, meaning she’s taken a $260,000 loss on the property.

Clarkson and Blackstock, whomarried in October 2013, share two children: daughter River Rose, 7, and son Remington Alexander, 5. Blackstock is also father to son Seth, 14, and daughter Savannah, 19, from a previous marriage.

The house was custom-built in 2018, according to its listing. It boasts eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. Located in the San Fernando Valley, the rustic-meets-industrial home features an open floor plan and high, wood-beamed ceilings.

The listing touts the house as both “inspirational and practical.”

In addition to a gourmet kitchen, a main suite complete with a fireplace and private patio, the property also includes a two-level guest house that has two bathrooms and a full kitchen. The outdoor space is made for entertaining, with a pool, fire pit and outdoor kitchen featuring a pizza oven.

Clarkson and her family — including all four kids — spent much of the beginning of 2020 social distancing together on their “Vintage Valley"ranch in Montana.

The singer gave fans a look inside the property with a video shared on YouTube in the spring, revealing horse runs and fire pits as well as atour of the family’s one-room log cabin, where the family of six was staying during the COVID-19 pandemic.
