The world was asked to take a favorite orbiter figure of the moon for the cover of a particular image collection . After two weeks of voting , the public has selected this icon [ above ] of Tycho Central Peak as its favored moon image . The stunningly beautiful Tycho Central Peak rests inside an impact volcanic crater and has a boulder over 100 meters spacious ( about 328 base ) at its elevation . It showcases a breathless view of the lunar landscape .
