Just four years ago , Haikasoru started as an imprint of Viz Comics , publishing Nipponese science fiction Good Book in translation . Now Tom Cruise is starring in a movie of All You postulate is Kill , and there have been a slew of accolade nominations .
Over at the Haikasoru site , editor Nick Mamatas assume Malcolm stock of all the triumphs of the retiring four class , and it ’s a pretty impressive list . Including the anthology The Future is Nipponese , whose account have garnered multiple nominations and inclusion in all the “ Year ’s dependable ” anthology . The Battle Royale novel has been a huge seller , and there ’s a Battle Royale Slam Book coming . Plus nominating speech for the Philip K. Dick and Shirley Jackson awards .
