Levi Hummonis just months away from his wedding day — and he’s feeling inspired to write some new music!The country star, 33, revealed on the latest episode ofDiving In Deep with Sara Evansthat he’s in “wedding mode” as he approaches his big day with fiancée Kearsten Kochan.“I’m getting married in 123 days. June 14,” he said at the time of his podcast interview, which released on Wednesday, March 6. The wedding date also happens to be the wedding anniversary of host and fellow singer-songwriterSara Evans, who tied the knot withJay Barkeron the same day in 2008.While he kept most wedding details under wraps, Hummon did note that it will be a destination wedding.“We’re having a destination wedding with like, close friends and family, but we’re going down to Key Largo and just, yeah, it’s gonna be amazing,” Hummon said. “I’m honestly, like, the healthiest, happiest version of myself I’ve ever been and it’s all because of this woman in my life. And I think of her and it just, like, honestly [makes me] a little bit emotional because she’s just that level of amazing.“When asked about his plans to release music in 2025, the “Paying for It” singer shared that after last year’sBet On MeEP, he has “four songs in my back pocket,” including one he wrote alongsideWalker Hayes. His mind is still just as focused on his personal life.“I’m getting married in June so that’s a huge priority for me in terms of my life. I’m definitely in wedding mode,” Hummon said. “But I think toward summer, early fall, we’ll be looking toward some awesome [new music].“Hummon shared that he’s “writing right now,” with his love-life update set to certainly play a role.“I’m inspired. Since then, he opened up to PEOPLE in Octoberabout the big decision, calling Kochan his “rock” and revealing he “can’t really even describe just how happy I am.““I don’t know what I was waiting for,” Hummon admitted. “My brother ended up getting married in March of this year, and I wanted to let him be the star. It was just a couple of weeks after that that I popped the question.
