Charter has agreed to pay a record $ 174.2 million to settle humbug charges brought by the New York Attorney General ’s Office .

According to the attorney general , Charter will now be require to market the internet amphetamine as “ wired ” and do workaday speeding trial . Customers who are supposed to receive refund should chance out within the next four months .
