Alicia Silverstone’s son is all grown up!
On Thursday, April 4, theCluelessactress shared an adorable Instagram slideshow from her family vacation in Costa Rica with her sonBear, 12, whom she shares with her ex-husband Christopher Jarecki.
The first picture showed Silverstone, 47, and Bear with their arms around each other, set against lush greenery. In the sweet photo, Bear stood a few inches taller than his mom. The proud mom also snapped a picture of the duo on a white-water rafting trip, while the next photo showed the pair posing in the water.
Silverstone also included a fun video of her and Bear jumping off cliffs into the water. “I’m so scared,” the actress was captured saying when it came to her turn to jump. Eventually, she jumped and everyone around her cheered.
“Eating delicious food… white-water rafting… and spending quality time with my son. 🥰 Costa Rica has been amazing so far!” Silverstone captioned the post.

Silverstone welcomed her son in May 2011 with Jarecki. The couple divorced in 2018 after 13 years of marriage.
Last year, Silverstone appeared onThe Ellen Fisher Podcastto talk about her life as a vegan and what goes into raising healthy kids. When asked about co-sleeping, Silverstone revealed that she’s always slept with her son.

“Bear and I still sleep together,” she said at the time, noting that she is just “following nature” with her parenting style.
Later in the discussion, Silverstone praised motherhood as “the most precious, most unbelievable experience in this world,” adding, “For me, it’s so divine.”
